was founded in 1987 under the leadership and design of our company’s founder and President Roozbeh “RP” Payervand. Throughout or history we
have established a reputation for quality service and excellence.
Roozbeh “RP” Payervand
Founder and President.  R.P. holds a
bachelor’s degree in business administration
from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Has
provided valet services for special events,
high end restaurants, clubs and bars to major
metropolitan cities since 1987.  Provides
parking consulting for developing hotels,
restaurants, commercial facilities and
shopping centers prior to ground breaking. 
Also assists city and county parking tasks
forces to strategize traffic flow and planning
of future parking demand.

Donna Foster
Vice president.  Oversees daily operations,
scheduling, corporate events and human
resources.  Her experience includes a role as
guest services manager and concierge of the
Four Season hotel and resort of Las Colinas
for seven years.  She holds a bachelors in
hospitality management and anthropology. 
Leading in the future growth and
development of R.P. Valet, Donna has been
with us since 1996.
Donovan Fulkerson
Director of Operations, Eight years experience
(valet, account leader, manager, director), BS
degree from Southwestern A/G University,
worked several years as head of greeter
program in downtown Fort Worth, seven years
service on church staffs as Associate Pastor
